Been commissioned to produce some work inspired by Shakespeare's play 'As You Like It' for the
Craft shop at the Royal Exchange, Manchester. It will be along the lines of my 'Strange Music, Rough Magic Series', which explored themes from Shakespeare's Tempest. I'm planning to attend the play - which will be on at the Royal Exchange around this time, and also read and absorb its themes. I'll then create some little scenes that reflect something of the mood of the play.
The work will be on display from 29th June - 6th August 2011 at the
Craft shop.
